This is Burzik. He's a real cat. He lives with me.

One day I put him on Archspire's "Too Fat to Die" cover. Posted it on Reddit. The metal community lost their minds. Even twice.

Then it got insane: Mastodon's drummer Brann Dailor, their longtime artwork designer Paul Romano, and even John Baizley (Baroness) showed up in the comments to pay respects to the artwork.

Now everyone wants their cat on a metal album cover. So that's what I do — and who knows, maybe your favourite musician shows up in the comments under your cat next.

FAQ.

How long does it actually take?

24–48 hours from when I receive your photo + album reference.

What if I don't like the draft?

No charge. The whole point of the free-draft model — you only pay if you love it. I'll also offer one free revision if it's close but not quite right.

What kind of photo works best?

Clear, well-lit, sharp. Front-facing or 3/4 angle works great. Higher resolution = better result. Phone photos are totally fine — Burzik's first cover came from an iPhone shot. Avoid heavy filters.

What bands or albums can you do?

Literally any metal band — black, death, doom, prog, sludge, thrash, post-, you name it. Send me the album you want, or just a band name and I'll pick a fitting record. Non-metal? Talk to me.

Can I use it commercially?

Personal use only by default — wallpapers, prints, posters, your own merch for fun. If you want commercial rights (selling prints, using on your band's stuff, etc.) we can talk — usually a separate license.

Payment — when and how?

Only after you approve the draft. I'll send you a secure invoice (Stripe / PayPal) and once it's paid, you get the full 4K file delivered to your inbox.
